What We Treat
Associated Nephrology Consultants of Minnesota was founded in St. Paul in 1977. Today, seven physicians, and eight nurse practitioners/ physician’s assistants see patients with all types of acute and chronic kidney disease, including patients with:
- Kidney disease related to diabetes and high blood pressure
- Glomerulonephritis
- Polycystic kidney disease
- Approaching dialysis and on dialysis
- Pre- and post-kidney transplantation
- Severe high blood pressure
- Kidney stones
- Anemia related to kidney disease

Visit our main kidney care clinic in Maplewood, Minnesota for expert care. We also offer services at convenient satellite locations, such as Apple Valley Medical Center and St. Croix Medical Center in Frederic and Webster, WI.
For hospitalized patients, our team provides care at Fairview St. Johns, Woodwinds, Bethesda, Allina’s United Hospital, and various dialysis clinics across the east metro and western Wisconsin.
